Both exterminators I dealt with with very nice and professional. When I returned I could see they did a thorough job and dealt with every piece of furniture and the insides of cupboards.
I wasn't paying for the treatments - my landlord is, but if I were paying I would be disappointed in the expense vs the effectiveness of the treatment. Two treatments later i notice no difference to the bedbugs we find on our bed. I still wake every night to new bites and kill 10 -20 bugs with a torchlight.
The sniffer dog also seems redundant for cases you can see an infestation. I didn't need the extra step of having a dog sniff out what I could see with my eyes - that the bugs were live and active on my beds.
Otherwise everyone I dealt with was nice and professional, from the exterminators to the email support.
So far company has done an excellent job serving our faciility

Don't keep changing the guys who service us after they've become familiar with the building's layout, needs, issues, and residents.
We had a great guy who knew exactly what was required on every visit, and which residents to follow up with, and now we're back to scratch.
I may as well have just changed COMPANIES!
