We need the technicians to show up when they are scheduled for the job. You service all of our buildings and all the supers are complaining about they don't stick to the schedule and that causes a problem for us. They super are waiting as well as some tenants.

I recommended your company to my neighbors and to my surprise they were not able to establish a new account with your company. They talk to a dispatcher that took their call and told them someone would call them back, and that never happened. They tried three times with the same result.
I also called Phone number removed and asked the lady that took my call to inform our exterminator that in the next visit he would bring a new bait station for rats. He came this past Monday, (not my regular guy) and did not bring a new bait station. He took the information and hopefully on his next visit (after a month) I will have it.
Somehow the company has lowered the standards of customer service and service in general.
