I have been dealing with Assured Environment for years with different management companies. They are easy to get in contact and they come out to service even when it is not your scheduled date.

In Aparment you must to apply something different to combat the mice
I see you only put glue but glue just catch the mice we need something to finish it
I want to be sure that you come to my home for my monthly visit on the date we agreed on. i.e. the second Wednesday of the month in the morning. That happened yesterday. Hopefully that will continue. Thank you.
Consistant and thorough
I like that if I have a problem someone gets back to me and explains everything to me. If I have any questions they are answered.
However making an appointment for service is very difficult. A request is made for an appointment but no one gets back to you to confirm the appointment.
