The man that set up the service and sprayed @ 88 Madison were lovely. My only feedback is I still have a few smaller bugs lingering @ Flatiron. Is a re-spray or "touch-up" possible for 137 5th Ave? I seems super soon to have bugs return right after extermination service.

We asked for the technician to come between noon and 4 pm and that was the appointment made. Unfortunately, the technician wasn't told of the timing, and arrived very early.
Look, it appears that city rat population has infiltrated the street. all the tree trunks show borrowing consistent with rats. Unless you are able to impact that population the service provided is cosmetic.
