There seems to be an issue with scheduling although we’ve been a client with the same schedule for years. Invoicing is a major issue. We are still waiting for January and February invoices. Communication needs improvement because we’ve communicated this numerous times to multiple people. Not a great experience.

I'm not sure that what is being used to maintain a pest free office is working.
A manager had called me and said he wanted to come to review our office and the plan.
He was going to look at his schedule and call me by the end of that day but he never called back to schedule the appointment.
