Past iterations of Assured Environments and Terminex (on our end we could never figure out did one company buy and take the other over .. but we knew Terminex was bad and gave horrible service and when the name changed we liked our guy at first and then we got bad service again. When I say bad service I mean they gave us horrible service - they never came as scheduled or just didn’t show up at all and unless I walked through the entire building with them they did a very cursory job.
Now we have Andrew (+1 Phone number removed) and he’s a game changer. I was ready to investigate using a small family owned pest service because with large companies this stuff always happen. And if we lose Andrew and I get 2 months in a row of poor service; I’ll ask the managers above me to stop the contract.
Keep your agents service oriented and do what’s necessary to retain them so they protect your brand.

Len and his dispatching team as well as his technicians are very responsive to our requests and ensure that our internal clients are serviced to the best of their ability. I cannot remember an instance since starting to utilize this organization when we have had an issue that was not resolved professionally and in a timely manner.
I reported that I had a few fruit flies in one area of my building and I was told that it would cost an additional $125.00 on top of my service contract. This is absurd.
The staff really knows what they are doing. They took care of our rodents immediately!

Mechanics are good, i have no problem with them.
However, customer service sucks. Our time slot is 9:30am. Three weeks running, no one showed up by 11am. No one called to tell us there is a problem. Our tenants are trained to stay home for our time slot and are not happy when there is no shows.
When I call to see what's going on, I'm fed a line of BS.
