Len and his team have been very supportive and responsive to our needs and issue since they took over our accounts three years ago. Reliable and professional service has been demonstrated repeatedly over the years. Good corporate partner.
The person assigned to our restaurant doesn’t seem to know what he is doing. Much of the pest control at our location has been performed by us, through research online. After the weekly checkups we receive the reports which almost always say there’s no issues here when we have been struggling with fruit flies for months and before that we struggled with mice.
Frankly we need a stronger employee assigned to our restaurant, one who is more experienced and more proactive.

In the past there was much confusion about our contracts and services, but this past year we have ironed out the difficulties. We have an agent that is truly dedicated to us. I manage the house hold where my employer lives as well as the 4 apartment units above her. As seasons change, pest control needs change and Assured Environments ADAPTS!!! We do not skimp on our contract and THEY DO NOT skimp on their services. If you tried Terminex or Assured Environments in the early stages when they seemed to be connected some how with Terminex ?”?”? It was a mess. Now they are organized and you can call the billing and scheduling departments and GET SERVICE. We live in NYC and agents will say the came by and no one was home or answered the buzzer; but that was nonsense. Never again. Assured Environments listened to recommendations and they are great now. If you are lucky and friendly with your agent you can get their number and they will connect you to the home office to get what you need done. Andrew assigned to West Village is our guy and he is the best! If it weren’t for him; we would have discontinued all of our contracts with Assured Environments. Michael Kerr

The customer service is impeccable. Dessie Mateo goes above and beyond with every request. He is knowledgeable and comes up with solutions no matter the request. Technician is consistent and professional performing our weekly inspections. We just appreciate the quality service.

Your technicians are extremely responsive to our needs. When we point out a problem they acy on it immediately/ they also notify us when they find something. For example they found a mouse hole and took it upon themselves to set the traps and then notified me of the discovery.
they are also always a model of professionalism, courtesy and respect.
