Representative is very professional. Service is on time.
We had our first visit on Friday, June 6th. The gentleman walked around and left. No traps were laid down in any of the offices, kitchen or outside in the freight. Our last exterminator, Bill, went into each office and inspected the office and laid down bug traps and put both rodent and bug traps outside in the freight elevator area where the garbage is kept. The gentleman on Friday did not introduce himself or ask what we would like to have done. Unless this was a first time site inspection, he didn't mention it.

I can call to make an appt. I can call the day of the appt. to get a window. The technicians are polite and efficient.
This is the first time I have been dealing with Assured Environments that the fellow did a comprehensive inside and outside pest control beyond checking the mouse boxes. We had a significant ant problem inside and he used the gel bait but in 4 days the ants were back. For $600 a month, I expect better.

Technician do not take decisions where to place traps or poison , superintendent have to be pending and be telling where the service os needed .
Precios exterminator named Luis , service was excellent but but for the last year I can tell is not la excellent service no more .
We have significant mosquito problem and we haven't done anything yet to figure out the cause. There is stagnant water on the roof next door. But there are a lot of mosquitos in our backyard as well. We also have moths on the 2nd floor in our closet hallway creating lots of moth holes in our wool clothes. Finally, we are convinced we have very small mice on the 3rd floor and have caught mice.
How can we solve these problems?
The current person who comes in to our office is extremely professional and we have no complaints. For the first year and a half we had an individual that would complain to us all the time. First about your company and how hard he worked. I asked that he take his complaints to you. I even called to discuss it. After that he complained about me to all of my staff. He was unprofessional and he should have been removed from our account a year before he was. That is the oly complaint I have with your service.
