Tour team is very professional and responsive.
Technician came for preventive service not adhering to the time agreed on service contract on multiple occasions, resulting some areas not serviced. A make-up service should be performed in the area missed.

Working with the assigned exterminator is and has been going great.
However part of the service is to provide my company with glue boards and have yet to be sent any. Only when communicating with the exterminator do we get any and that's in a limited quantity no fault of the exterminator.
Inspection reporting is great, exterminator support and feedback is great.
A set schedule gets changed without notifications and approval. Technician arrives without knowledge that he is going to an apartment building.
Lack of service. No action taken on rat infestation since early July. Considering ending your service.

Your Field Service Manager Wayne as well as you staff (Hope and the other staff) are always responsive and go above and beyond to address our pest concerns. We would recommend your company definitely!

I have no idea who the account manager is and communication with the management team is not very effective. However I must say the field service manager does an amazing job and I give Mr. Mateo a 10/10
