Not only you dissapointed, you miserable failed to provide the service that you are in the business for.
My phone replacement claim was approved on 10/5/22 (for whih I received an email confirmation the same day) and I were to get my replacement new phone the following business day (which would be 10/6/22).
Not only I didn't receive the phone on 10/6/22, but I had to call Assurant's customer service today 10/8//22 (THREE days waiting on the phone) to find out the status of my new replacement phone, only to be told that:
- my claim was "... approved yesterday (?!?!?) at 7pm ..." (which is completely incorrect), and
- I would receive my phone either Mon, 10/10, or Tue 10/11
Obviously someone on your end majorly dropped the ball and caused this screwup that results in a miserable failure of having me wait A WEEK to get my replacement phone.
I was also advised there is nothing that can be done to speed up things on your end so i could get my phone earlier than the dates stated above. Additonally, Mon, 10/10/22 is a national holiday in the US (Columbus Day / Indigineous people Day) and it's very possible I would actually get my phone on Tue 10/11, or even Wed 10/12.
Congratulations on a miserably done job assiting me with my phone replacement.

I like the service and support that's provided by the Assured.
We didn't have service in the accounting building for a couple months only the outside service
we are trying to get a credit for this and no one seems to be helping. Our bills are getting to be outstanding. I should not have to pay for services not rendered.
Please call my ap clerk to settle this. I have been working on this for months with no resolution

Your company is interested more in making money than taking care of the customers. My building has multiple exterminating issue and no serious efforts are done to overcome the problem.
i find that our building does not receive adequate or consistent service..so much so that i am exploring another provider.

The professionalism of your employees
Communication between the technician and the superintendent also copies of the reports emailed or forwarded once a month and skilled technicians willing to increase the service on behalf of assurance
When I ask for a call back and I don't receive one. It's very unprofessional and horrible customer service.
I like that the fellow who does our service is professional, comes on time, and is knowledgable.

I have dealt with Johnny and Jose hundreds of times over the years...and they are outstanding. They are excellent at servicing the First name removed, and communicating their findings. They really do a nice job and we're lucky to have them take care of us at Stop and Shop.
