Fordham University, Bronx, NY has enjoyed and benefitted from the services of AE Pest Control for almost a decade now. From the moment AE started their services on this campus they have never let up. AE's dedication is exemplified throughout every department and person in their organization. Regularly scheduled and contracted services are handled with professionalism and without fail. Special requests are attended to immediately and with excellent results. Finally, AE has been managing pest control for a large building project on campus. The result of their work is excellent. AE Pest has done everything possible to keep Fordham as a very long term client.

An order was placed on Wednesday for additional equipment and its now Saturday and no equipment has arrived yet.

Reliable service, and attentive when we were having problems.
But we have not seen a furry critter in the longest time, and rarely ever see a bug...which is very much appreciated.
I filled in a few months ago in helping to access all of the areas to be serviced. I was surprised to learn that some areas are "not on the list" and therefore aren't reviewed/checked. I don't have a clear understanding of how to get these additional spaces on the "list".
Julio was a dedicated and very informed tech who tried to solve a rat incursion due to construction next door. HIs efforts that day so far have not solved the problem, but he narrowed down the possible openings for the rats and we are taking action in those areas. Rats are tricky beasts so I don't hold that against Julio.
Failure to communicate clearly and thoroughly in a timely manner. Failure to remedy pest issues in building for months.
Maybe more preventative care if possible. I think the traps are helpful but doesn't get to the root cause of pest issues.
