Assured Environments, now with over 6 years of service to Fordham University, Bronx, NY provides pest control services that the University is most happy with. The advice and service received when problems arise, along with the regularly scheduled services produce results our population here appreciates. They appreciate it and, best of all, most don't even think about it or have any idea of the hours of hard work that goes into making this part of their campus experience comfortable. Of particular note is the service AE provides to the ever changing scene of the McGinley Center renovation. AE has done an excellent job of keeping in touch with every step in the construction and adjusting service accordingly. Finally, Ian Rocker the account manager very much understands and anticipates the needs of the campus, is knowledgeable when brought in on discussions and provides service technicians that can be relied on in any situation.
I need my technician to show up BEFORE4pm.. I have asked for this repeatedly and yet he continues to come late on Fridays. Please adjust his schedule.

If you asked me this 6 months ago my answer would have been very different. Our current exterminator is friendly and goes about his job quietly without incident. The previous gentleman was always complaining about how many appointments he had. How your company is coming here too often and should cut the visits. He never had positive things to say. when I asked that he keep these comments between yourselves and him, he told my associates that he didn't want to work with me. I am very happy for the change.
Firstly, if this review was based on Israel's service, it would be a 10. He is proactive and great at his job as well as interfacing with customers.
The other technicians are ok. Nothing outstanding. There had been a recent reschedule of our usual service date with no notice provided...cost me a trip and wait time for no reason. Techinician arrival time has been later than our service window.
Our Technician Christian is fabulous. He checks everything , he listens to our concerns. He follows up and he always shows up. Fabulous.
