Assured Environments has been the pest control provider for Fordham University, Bronx, NY for many years. Their ongoing efforts have brought excellent results. The partnership they create with Fordham's partners, specifically foodservice is seamless, smoothly executed and professional. Guests to the dining areas this past year have included industry consultants, renovation experts, and University visitors of all kinds. Their remarks always reference how clean and well maintained the facilities are. We are proud to have AE Pest services on the campus.

I can't say enough good things about Assured Environments. Friendly staff, very responsive , experienced technicians. Very proactive and supportive. Assured Environments goes above and beyond to help, for example; we had a Food Safety Day and they took the time to participate , interacting with employees to educate them on pest control. Another example was our technician Carlos performed his weekly service and soon after he left we had an emergency situation with wasps, Carlos came back to the site and took care of the issue right away.

The technicians that I've had the last few years have been amazing and it definitely been very reliable as any requests sent to the office have been handled in a timely manner. I've had great experiences with the company the last many years I've been dealing with them and just phenomenal.
You have excellent service and good technician
Sending me the outcome report or a follow up when I send you a work order to service an apartment is very much needed. I usually have to contact you to see what happened or if the job was done. Most of the time I send you work orders for either an HPD violation or a court case that I have to respond in a timely manner. Sending me a report when the job is complete will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
