Worked with Chris on the purchase of our first Ebikes, He took plenty of time no matter how busy the store was to work with us and ensure we got the right bikes for us being older new riders. On pick up he again spent a lot of time going over the bikes and fitting us. Everyone in the store was great all willing to pitch in when needed and provide advice and thoughts.
They are always so fast and responsive and typically can fix all of my problems right then and there, without even waiting. They are all really nice. They all mountain bike and road bike so they have tons of real world experience as well. They practiced what they per each. They are amazing.

Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have now bought two bikes from BGI and it has been nice (and fun!) experience.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles. My husband bought a pair of hiking shoes and the individual that helped us was great. He was very friendly and answered all questions that we had about the shoe. We will definitely recommend Bushtukah to our friends and family.

The Pedal employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The service department there is exceptional too. They are great with bikes, but they even helped me fix a stroller once when I had no other ideas of how to fix it!
Best service staff! Friendly, helpful and actually LISTEN, even to a perpetual amateur like me. I don’t take this for granted: I’ve been to shops that seem to lean in to the serious cyclists.

Jip was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of our questions as we are new bikers and had no knowledge of products . She was super patient and accommodating. Some of the bikes we wanted to test they didn’t have in the store but she made sure they were there the next day for us to try. She even changed out seats to try as well. We would absolutely send any referrals to them . Ended up buying several bikes and and love them!

Billy was super knowledgeable and helpful - truly guided me to find the right bike within my budget. I also appreciated that Trek lets you reserve a bike for 24hrs so I was able to drive out to the store and know that the bike I was most interested in would still be available.
