I brought my bike in to be assembled, even though I hadn’t bought it from Trek, and they treated me like a valued customer from the start. The team was incredibly helpful, showed me a few other bikes, and even went above and beyond by putting the bell on my bike for free. They also helped load my bike into the back of my truck and made sure it was secured before I left. The customer service was outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend Trek.

Huge inventory and access to parts. World class technicians who work on a bike like it’s their bike. Very helpful with answering questions and making meaningful suggestions to improve your riding or training experience. I drive past 3 bike shops to bring my bikes to Holmes. First class experience from selecting a bike that is right for you to adding the correct accessories and if you are really wanting to improve your riding comfort and efficiency the Bike fit option is well worth the cost. Your fitment numbers are not only provided to you but maintained at the shop so the techs can be sure everything you ride is set to your numbers.

Service at CycleMania is always terrific. I went in thinking I needed a higher level of service for my road bike and based on initial inspection by a staff member she recommended I just get the baseline servicing as the bike looked in good enough condition not to warrant the more expensive service. I can’t recall where else I have had the kind of experience that I get was CycleMania.
Always willing to spend time and answer questions
I love these guys. They pick up, tune up and return our two road and two electric bicycles every spring. The pick up happens within a couple of days of calling. Any repairs and maintenance are completed within a couple of days and the bikes returned promptly. We are in EH about 45 min away from them and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.
The price for my new cruiser bike was the best I could find locally. Once at the shop, I was pleased with the helpful employee and good selection of accessories.
