I took my two thrifted bikes in to see what they needed and the team was amazingly helpful. I haven't been on a bike in 20 years, I had no idea what the thrifted bikes would need and they walked me through basic maintenance and repaired the two bikes for me. They also made realistic recommendations about items needed for the bikes instead of trying to upsell to me. It made me really excited to get into riding again.
Freewheel is great. I just did an online pickup order for the wrong size part and the guy caught it by asking me what kind of bike it was and got me the right part!
