The service team was so helpful with my bike. They educated me on what the issues were, offered to take a deeper look at them, helped install my saddle and raise my handlebars. They were very knowledgeable about my old bike and they were very kind to someone who is new to biking! 10/10 service!

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Was on a trip in Dallas for a few days and they helped us rent some bikes and gave us some information on the surrounding area to ride our bikes.
The product is top notch but the people working in the shot are awesome.
Everyone was super nice. Fit a minor repair in while I waited and def didn’t need to do that. Didn’t recommend unnecessary work, in fact, recommended not spending more money and seeing how derailleur/hangar/ cable lune works before going further.
Greatly appreciate it and is my shop of choice these days even though I live on the east side of town.
