Always happy to help with my (still!) beginner questions. Bernie and team in the Ilkley store are approachable and won't leave you in the lurch. The wider Wheelbase customer service is excellent too, helping to source my bike from the Lakes store a few years back and ship it to Yorkshire.

Sie können sich glücklich schätzen über solch einen motivierten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter wie Herrn Lois. Ich hatte am 23.05.26 in Bautzen einen Kettenriß. Herr Lois half mir, obwohl es schon fast Feierabend war und das Pfingstwochenende vor der Tür stand. Ich bin immer noch begeistert. Tschüss.
