The salesperson was amazing with our son, listening to what he was looking for. Had the bike checked out prior to him test riding it. Was patient and adjusted the seat to make sure it was a good height for him. Went above and beyond to find a kickstand and pegs for the bike. Had the shop install everything for a same day pickup. Phenomenal customer service.

Employees were very helpful as I was a complete beginner. They did not try to upsell me and even advised me on what to watch for if I purchased a used bike. In the end I walked out with a bike I was happy with and will be back when my kids outgrow their current bikes.
The technician was able to make a quick adjustment and I was on my way. Totally honest too. I thought I needed more work done on my bike but he looked things over and didn’t try to oversell repairs. I will absolutely return when I need service done to my stable of bikes.
