Jonny was very helpful and knowledgeable, and guided me toward the correct size and style of bike. Every staff member I dealt with was super helpful! I appreciated being able to take the bikes for test rides. It was easy and fast to put down a deposit then come back later to make the purchase and get all the extras that I needed. The staff helped install my own basket hardware, bell and change the seat as I requested. Thank you!
