The staff was prompt in servicing us, answered questions about the area and went over and above to escort us to our trail entrance. However, we did have to return one of their bikes due to a faulty shifter 30 minutes into our bike journey. They were very gracious and helpful. We would highly recommend their services and shop.

Terrific service for the 30 year old chiid's recumbent bike. The manager was even wlling to look in the parking lot for a missing spring. Now I can have my grandson ride the same bike as his Dad!
