Service Team did an excellent job in repairing my Tubeless Set Up. The rear tire was not holding air, Cole added some fresh sealant and had us back on the road!
What was really nice, is they were able to fix it on the spot and I did not have to leave the tire.

Great service excellent product knowledge
Always helpful and knowledgeable. Gave a good estimate of how long my bike service would take and contacted me by phone once it was ready. When I originally bought my eBike there were lots of bikes to choose from and room to try them out in the courtyard.
I went to Trek Newport News location yesterday, and was helped by Chris. He's very knowledgeable and can do multi-task. Will definitely come back there for my future bike stuff that I need.

I needed some help installing a basket that I had purchased from a different BGI location. The young man who helped me (tall, mustache, glasses) also helped me install a few other items I purchased that day (mirror, bell) and an item that I had purchased elsewhere. He was super helpful and informative. Really appreciated the time he took to help get my bike set up. I have always had a great experience with Bicycle Garage Indy, at all of its locations. Highly recommend them!
The service we received from Dave was great. He ensured we were looked after well and dealt with all our product enquiries resulting in us buying two ebikes.
