I’m extremely happy with the bike—I’ve been riding more since purchasing it than I ever have before. I’d have to say the best part of the experience was the customer service. Travis was incredibly friendly and not pushy at all, which made the whole purchase feel comfortable. Andrew’s friendliness and expertise were outstanding—he really went the extra mile to make sure the bike was perfectly set up and ready to ride.
