First time at Leesburg store, and assistance with installation of brakes on a new bmx bike. I bought a bike on sale during the liquidation sale on the bike products. I was not pressured to purchase the bike and I went on a test ride to ensure the bike would meet my needs and was high quality. The entire process was smooth and the sales person was friendly and helpful. I'm sad to see Peak stop selling and servicing bikes, but I'm grateful for the great deal I got on my new bike.

Even though I live closer to the Eagan Freewheel, I travel specifically to the Eden Prairie store because I have consistently received top notch customer service from everyone I have had contact with at the store. Cody was especially helpful when I recently purchased a Trek Verve+ 3 ebike.
