Came out from breakfast on Main St., HB - flat tire. I remembered that Jax was 200 yards down the street - what a stroke of luck! They had me bring my bike in, they fixed the flat in 15 minutes and I was back out on the street headed home. Great guys (Jesse & Sebastian) - thanks again for the stellar service!

Great products , friendly staff, most knowledgeable bike shop in town , especially for professional fitting. Only thing I wish was better was the routine service experience with clear expectations when bike can be dropped off and picked up opposed to “drop it off and we’ll let you know when we get to it .

We are loyal CycleSmith customers. Although we have come to expect great products and services, we still always leave impressed. We came in recently because my son's bike was stolen. Matt in the Dartmouth location helped us assemble support for our insurance claim and get our son back out riding again on a bike he is excited about. He was compassionate about the loss but cool enough for my teenage son. He made great recommendations for a new bike but also for bike security and maintenance that were well suited to our situation. He really put the silver lining into an undesirable situation and we left smiling. Once again, our high expectations of CycleSmith were exceeded. I know I will recommend CycleSmith to people because I already do.

The store has a sizable inventory or bikes and accessories.
I brought my son’s bike in for them to look at a stuck rear brake lever. I knew the brakes on my son’s bike were by far its worse component.
They offered to fix the rear brake issue by replacing the cable but then suggested that I could upgrade my son’s brakes to hydraulic brakes very economically.
They performed the brake swap in 30 minutes and it totally transformed my son’s bike. He loves it!
I have been buying and servicing my bikes from them since 2005 and would highly recommend Syracuse Bicycle!
