They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me to a Trek Domane with electric shifters, and I could not be happier with it. I love the bike.
What stood out even more was the level of service. They spent more than two hours meticulously checking over the bike and getting everything set up perfectly for me. That kind of care, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was just right is rare.

The technical support offered with their products was excellent. We dealt with Paul and he was very knowledgeable, taking the time to go through the details of the product we purchased.
I liked that i can call a day before and get in to get my bike serviced as soon as possible.

Hyland did an amazing job assessing my son's bike when we dropped it off. They were clear about what repairs needed to be done and explained everything clearly. The estimate was spot on and there were no extra add ons. Caleb did a great job.

The staff here make this the best bike shop I’ve ever been to. Joe is always thorough in his recommendation and makes me feel well taken care of. I don’t live anywhere close to this shop but happily drive out of my way to bring my bikes here given the service level I know I’ll receive.
