Since I purchased my bike back in 2020, Brielle Cyclery has extended the absolute best customer service. I have only ever had my bike serviced there and every time they are, well informed, patient, kind and always available. At this point, I don't trust anyone else. I highly recommend!

Great service. Willing to take on small part orders or service that the shop down the road won’t touch. Needed to order a glide pad for a front derailleur. Impala told me I’d need to replace the derailleur because the pad couldn’t be sourced separately. When I informed them that I had the part number for it the claimed not to be able to get one in. Bicycles Plus ordered me the snap-in part and had for pick-up in 3 days. $4 instead of a full derailleur replacement. Thank you!
The store is clean and simple (not overly loud or chaotic) and seems to offer everything you really need for bicycling! The owner is also nice and took time just to chat with our little man.

The service was much better than I expected. Came in with a flat tire that needed to be replaced and was fully expecting to take an hour or more. Joe was able to start the replacement upon reviewing the flat tire and was done quickly. Could not have been any better service.
