Kevin the owner takes time to know his customers and genuinely cares about people and the bike industry. Greg is the master mechanic, I brought him a very difficult bottom bracket to both remove and install. He took extra time researching, communicating with me and BBInfinite on the bottom bracket, and got the job done just in time for me to race that Sunday. All this even though (and I feel bad) I didn't buy the BB from them. Pro service all around, and the other mechanics were also super friendly and great to work with over the years.

The staff were very knowledgeable, and I feel confident that if I have an issue with my new bike it will be taken care of. Last year I bought a Giant MTB from Village Bike up in Grand Rapids, there was an issue with the rear brake from day one and it literally took 2 months for them to finally decide to replace the caliper. The mechanics didn't seem to know what they were doing and made me pay for all of the parts they replaced - granted I had not even taken the bike out on a trail yet and they would not honor the fact that it was not right from the day I bought it. I mentioned it to them when I purchased it and they said - eh, its just cheaper components etc. I will never purchase something from them again, but my experience at Pedal was completely different.

The guys at Cycle Centre were extremely helpful. I brought in my bike for a service. After examining it thoroughly, they advised me that the repairs to it would cost way more than the whole bike is worth. I was quite stressed as I rely on my bike to get around, so these kind guys offered me a second hand bike for a very reasonable price and even fixed my old mud guards on free of charge.
