Staff is knowledgeable quick and efficient.
You are not necessarily like or disliked but you are the ONLY game in proximity to me. There are things I expected and didn’t receive. Showing me an overview of my computer ( bought from you) functioned. Checking my seat height on my bike you finished the assembly of and recommendations. Ask to bring the bike back after the cables and wires were broken I ( sometimes they stretch and lose calibration). I mentioned I needed a helmet ( Why was this not mentioned) and nobody mentioned gloves which I still don’t have. Will I come back? Absolutely. Will I buy a bike from there. Yes cause remember I said they are the only game in proximity. Two Treks in the queue.

The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around as they made their recommendation, walked me through the accessories I wanted based on the type of riding I would be doing and assembled my bike. They even lent me an Alan key because we had to take the front tire off of the bike to get it back to my house. Really a pleasure to shop with and the bike is great! I really love it. Thanks!
