How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We waited 30 minutes on our food and there was only 2 of us. The cheesesteak was nothing but bread and a glob of cheese with little to no meat on it. Certainly not what it used to be.

The food was great as always but the ranch this time was NOT what we normally get. It didn’t even taste like ranch. Was awful. Had to use ranch we had here at the house.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Last couple times I’ve had soggy fries and I usually love your fries. Chicken on sandwich was very tough. Husband got tacos and said they were very good but his fries were soggy and old tasting he said.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The service used to be great but now when me and my coworkers go on lunch the service is slow. We don't get refills on our drinks. We are usually late getting back to work. This was never an issue until the last couple of months so we don't come there as much as we used to because of how slow the service is.

Meaghan always gives me great service. Good was served rapidly as well. Had lunch there, and I was in and out within 30 minutes!
