Wings were soggy when I requested extra crispy. I paid for extra saucy and they were not.
The food is delicious. Service is awesome
I enjoyed the fact that everytime I come to the one on north main street in high point , the stuff are always friendly..service was a little slow this last time even though they weren't busy but waiter made up for it..with how sweet he was to my Autistic granddaughter whom we were celebrating her 19th birthday..she said it was the best birthday 🎂 ever..thank you for topping off her birthday Night ...

Chips were a little over done. I got a picture of them I’d send if like to see. I asked waitperson to get me fresher. Waitperson DID get be less burned chips, but I definitely got the vibe that they were reluctant to. GOOD ECW chips are important to me!! They’re >50% of my dining experience at ECW every visit.

Customer service is amazing, any time I order online I have no issue getting my order in time. Even if there is an issue where I don’t get everything I order, their employees always make sure everything is corrected.
