What could we do to improve?

I eat in at East Coast all of the time and love it, this was the first time ordering to go and was very disappointed. I will continue to bring friends and family in to try East Coast, but not likely to recommend to go

My waiter every time I come with my family he is always patient, and always try to make sure we have a pleasant visit. North main location is my favorite location to visit in high point versus the other one.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My recent order of weeks at the Charlotte Northlake Store appeared to be old some of the wings the meat was dark purple blackish looking.
Waste of my monies and unable to eat the nasty looking wings.
