We always have a great experience with the King location. The service is always great and the food is even better.
Food was great as always!
I enjoyed the drums and salad I got tremendously; however, I am so sick of young folks not being able to take orders properly! I get home and find items missing that I asked for. That was frustrating! Overall l, my experience was great.

The food came out hot but there was barely any Medium Sauce on the wings. The other improvement would be to make the bone-in wings a more affordable product.

The health grade rating was at 83! This location is in a prime spot for business and did a lot of business at one time. I watched a customer sit on the shoulders of an employee to plug and hdmi cable from a phone into the projector hanging from the ceiling. Literally sitting on the employee’s shoulders piggyback style like a small child. This was after one employee was trying to accomplish this by standing in a chair. The whole restaurant seemed to be smoking like the vent hood was not functioning properly. After all this occurred, I could not get my bill fast enough to leave the restaurant. I did not order food due to the rating. It is disappointing seeing where this location has dropped to considering it’s opportunity in the location it is at.
Please train your wait staff proper customer service. People are not ready to order as soon as they sit down. If we tell you we need a minute to look over the menu, that does not mean leave and never come back. We had to ask another employee if our waitress was coming back. When she came back, there was an attitude as if we had bothered her. We moved to the bar section and was served by someone else. We blessed the 2nd young lady well and complimented her pleasant demeanor and exceptional customer service.
Food was ready close to the time promised. In and out quickly.

Our server was one of the best I've had in the post "covid" era. Good help is hard to fine these days.I gave her an additional 15% tip on top of the 15% that was included in our bill. My diet soda was never empty and she brought me a lemon slice each refill, very rare without having to ask for one each time. I wish I could recall her name. She went beyond the call of duty, making us aware of the specials, happy hour, etc.
The food is good. I just don’t buy them unless there is a wing special. Otherwise it’s too expensive.
While the portion sizes were great, I would love to see the freshness of the food improve. On my last visit (carry out), one of my food items was clearly not fresh and I’ve had that experience a couple times prior. I’m not the one to take anything back, especially after I’ve gotten home but we were definitely disappointed. We frequent the establishment quite often, and love the food but we feel there’s some improvement that’s needed. The food isn’t that expensive but we just would love fresh food, nothing that’s been sitting under a lamp for a period time waiting to be used.
