Front door staff used to greet you when you walked in! They should at least acknowledged people walking in. Also on to go orders if you call in you feel rushed! I primarily order online.

My husband and I live walking distance to East Coast and would love to frequent our takeout from there but we consistently experience the same issues with service and our order. Poor customer service displayed by the front staff whenever we dine in or pick up an order. Lack of professionalism, experience, and urgency. Our order is consistently wrong, so whenever we do pick up, we always check before leaving and it’s always missing a side or some part of the order. The staff could care less, on their phones and shrugging responsibility off like it’s optional. It just feels like no one cares. :/ It’s super frustrating, because the wings and the flavors are so freaking good. That is ultimately what keeps us coming back. We would love to support East Coast more, but do not feel confident doing so with the poor customer service currently in place at the Steele Creek location.
With Wingstop coming online soon right next door, there will be aggressive competition for this location. Typically Wingstop also offers poor customer service, but is more affordable, diverse, and well known.

I got the 10 piece bone in wings they were okay. I think the grease was a little old. And the price was a little high looks like everything has gone up. Included the beer. 😩

I ordered the 25 bone-in wings with chips and discovered that I only had 20 of the 25 wings when I got home with the takeout order. The third flavor of wings was totally missed. Very disappointed. ☹️
The food was delicious, and the employees were courteous.
The host was friendly and ready to help. She got my order quickly, even though I was early for pick up.
Food, service and atmosphere!!
Be more consistent. One order will be so perfect, then the next be mediocre. One thing with this past order was the order was put in for extra crispy wing and majority were not crispy. Also, if a customer is paying extra for ranch or blue cheese dressing, make sure you are giving a container that is more than full than empty. Our blue cheese containers were only a 1/3 full.

Ordered wings for extra crispy and they were soggy. I expect that a little given they are to go, but still we were only 5 minutes behind picking them up and by the time we dove into them the were soggy. Of the 3 flavors only one actually had flavor. My "hot" bang bang wings had no heat or flavor to them at all. Ended up pulling out Buffalo wild wings sauce on my refrigerator to give them some taste and spice. Really a let down on both the crispiness and flavor profile.
