We love ECW Lunch Specials! The waitresses are always great. Our recommendation, hire friendlier hostesses to seat your customers. These are your front line of defense & they set the tone. The last 3 at Mt. Airy have been TERRIBLE at their job. This last young lady never spoke a word. Rolled her eyes because she had to get off her phone to seat us. Snatched up menus, walked us to our table with a look on her face like she was being marched to death row. Threw the menus on the table & walked away. I watched her do thos to every single person that came in. Not a great way to start a meal. For sure doesn't make customers want to stay longer & spend more money. A manager may want to train hostesses at this location to be a bit friendlier.
I always enjoy the wings, hot and juicy. I enjoy the sides. SERVICE was great.
The wait staff is super friendly, my son and I have been twice in one week and have had the pleasure of having Sunny wait on us. She gave excellent advice to try a new flavor.

When the waitress brought my order from the kitchen, a roach was crawling on the bag. Apparently there are pests in the kitchen. Once I see high reviews, I am certain I will patronize the business in the future.
Only issue i had was yesterday on .25 cent wing day i think you should consider making it a Members only price and only sending it to customers who have been reward members way prior to the promotion date. Your stores were overwhelmed and as a long time customer who regularly supports your business i was a little hurt I couldn't get in on the deal. But on Monday the day prior to the .25 wing day when I picked up my order everything was OK I did have to send them back because they were over fried (and I like crispy) but they were far past that. They took them back and sent me out fresh ones so customers service was efficient.

When I order chicken strips with bbq sauce and pay put the sauce on my chicken strips Almost everytime I have to say there's no sauce and they give me a cup on the side I like it on the tenders and if I didn't check I would have plain chicken tenders
The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is brought out very quick and hot and delicious. The restaurant is very clean with easy in and easy out parking.

I came in for 25 cent wings and was told at 4:45 pm you were out? How can a “wing place” be out of wings before the dinner rush starts?
I went ahead and ordered something else because we like East Coast Wings, but I shelled out over 50 bucks for dinner and didn’t get the wings we were looking for. That was disappointing.
