The service and food is always on point. The archdale store is my favorite one to go to by far. The employees are so friendly and welcoming. They walk around several times during your meal to make sure you have everything you need.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Our food took 45 to 50 minutes to come out. They brought fries and onion wings 15 minutes before the wings came out. The server was very short and not friendly and then the manager was apologetic.no compensation for the wait time. The manager spilt lemonade on my husband‘s jacket. it was a whole mess. A very bad experience probably won’t come back.

What could we do to improve?

My order should have came with carrots and celery and I did not receive them. Also, this is the 2nd time that I’ve ordered traditional wings that I’ve received some still with feathers on them. Very unappetizing. Otherwise, the wings are great and I love the chips.
