Worker that brought food out from kitchen was rude and when asked was the order for “x” she was like you will have to ask worker at cashier/bar. Order clearly marked with customer name and that it was paid. All had to do was look and see and customer could have been in way with hot food. Instead took several minutes for cashier to come out just to hand food order to us.
Wrap ordered was half done and much smaller than in past orders. Would not recommend based on this visit

Waitress was extremely nice and checked on us several times during our dining experience. She could not have been nicer. Food was fresh and hot. Can not complain about anything.

Staff is ALWAYS kind!! Sometimes even the Chef comes and says hello or answers a question about a dish.

Went to ECW on Sunday to use my bday bonus , I hadent been in a long time as quality was not good . I got take out & these wings were by far the worst I’ve had . Ordered bone in med wings to bring to nursing home & was extremely dissapointed in them .
Wings were greasy & hardly any sauce on them & a bit over cooked .
You need to re evaluate your store .

We hadn't been to this location in over a year. Edwin explained that there was new management. He was our waiter for our party of 12. He was very attentive and took great care of us. My parents had never been there before and I think they found a new restaurant to put into their rotation.

We went into the bar section of the restaurant after we were exhausted from working at home on a do it yourself project. The food was great as well as the service. We came away with our tummies full and recovered. The bar maid was excellent!

The guy doing the wings, did outstanding, didn't put the wing heat on the wings but there was enough flavor sauce on all our wings. Outstanding service from both the front of the house girls too.

Not only do they have great wings...they have the best burgers in Lynchburg, VA. They also have a delicious Philly cheesesteak, Flatbread, and fresh salads. The loaded tater tots are amazing and for desert, you can't pass the carnival fries...especially with the raspberry dipping sauce. The staff is great, too!

Sometimes it takes 30 minutes to get wings in Manassas. Most times there is very little sauce on our wings. We just visited the Lynchburg location last week and we were very very impressed. They had multiple people asking for help take our order. They were quick to make our order and the wings were saucy and perfectly cooked. We don’t get the same at the location in Manassas Va

Both times I’ve ordered takeout from here they’ve forgotten something. I go in after they gave me something free for messing up they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about.

If you get the 5-tender combo, there should be more than one ranch dressing in the bag.

Server was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh. Chips were good and crispy just like we requested. Best experience we've ever had.

The chicken sandwich was flat and looked more like a fish sandwich than a chicken sandwich. First time I had the sandwich so don’t have anything to compare it to from the past at your restaurant.

The wings are good, as always. My only complaint, I paid $1 extra for saucy, and the wings only had dry rubs on them, but no sauce. I’ll still go back.

I love the food and Hillary is the best bartender!!
