I wish the carpet would have come cleaner. I'm not sure you can do anything the service guy tried really hard I am afraid that we need some chemicals to really clean the dirt. I don't think pressurized water was up to the task.

Chris cleaned our carpet and he did an incredible job!!! When I use Zerorez my carpet stays clean much longer than When I use other cleaning companies.

I had a black nail polish stain on my carpet. I tried everything to get it out. Zerorez was able to get out 95% of it. I was amazed. Thank you Zerorez.

The technician was really nice and punctual, I just expected my carpets to get more clean. He said the areas are just "worn", but to me there's a definite difference between the areas I can tell are "worn" and areas that just seem like they're still dirty. Overall, most of the carpet got clean, but there is one major area that seems still dirty to me. The carpet still feels a little stiff and grimy to me.
