Deeper more effective clean
I had moved what furniture I could from the carpet areas. The remaining furniture was pulled away from the walls so I could vacuum behind them. When the technician had me approve his work, he showed me an area where I had wood stains from another company's previous carpet cleaning. As I looked around I noticed that none of the furniture was on foam blocks to prevent similar stains. The technician said "Oh, I didn't move the furniture." So none of the carpets under the couches and recliners had been cleaned. I had assumed he would clean under them as most people do not have furniture positioned in the middle of the room. He had already put the equipment away and had to go back out to the truck several times to clean various areas. After he cleaned those areas, I asked him if we shouldn't put the furniture on the foam blocks which he hadn't done and he then went and got some and put some of the furniture on the blocks. I asked him about two recliners that had metal bases and asked if those should be off of the wet carpet- then he went and got more blocks and put the recliners up on the foam. I felt like the technician was in a hurry to get to the next job and was trying to skip steps and if I didn't ask for specific services that he wasn't going to offer them. ( like moving the furniture and cleaning under them and using the foam blocks) Later as I went out to my driveway, I noticed rocks from a flower bed were strewn about the driveway. The hose from the truck must have flipped the rocks across the driveway. After cleaning up the rocks and asking for the carpets to be cleaned under the furniture in the middle of the floor and asking several times for foam blocks, I was doubting I would have Zerorez come back again. I paid extra to have a microfiber seal put on the high traffic areas but now I am wondering if it was worth it. The whole experience was disappointing. Thanks for the opportunity to share my feed back and hopefully the next customer won't be as frustrated.
My carpet was wet and still dirty when the technician left. I was not at home, so I did not see how it looked until later. When the new tenant came to the house, she said the carpet did not look clean. She tested an area with her little home carpet shampoo machine, and it cleaned a strip of carpet, showing just how much dirt had been left behind. There was a stark contrast between the strip she cleaned, and the areas supposedly cleaned by Zerorez. The next day, we were able to get someone from Zerorez to come out and clean the entire house again. The end result is good, but it was terribly inconvenient. The tenants had to wait an extra day to move into the house. Since we live in a different area, the tenants had to arrange to be at the house to meet the technician when he came. The whole experience was frustrating! It was also significantly more expensive than other carpet cleaners. I am not sure if I will trust Zerorez again. Do you blame me?
quick and dry fast
excellent quality - effective products - customer friendly technicians
My carpets look beautiful after cleaning. I appreciate that there were minimal chemicals used and that the chemicals used were for pet urine that I didn't know was there. The technician, Ryan was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and timely. (Please note that I wrote one review where I called him Tyler, oops). I will definitely use zerorez again.

One thing that could be improved is they did not do the egdes of the carpet as well as the rest. Specifically around the base boards of entry ways.
I've never had my carpets professionally cleaned before, so I wasn't sure where my expectations should be, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the results of the cleaning. Now that our carpets are mostly dry (30 hours have now elapses since the cleaning was finished) there are still some spots in some of the rooms. In one of the bedrooms, a biological treatment was applied twice to clean some areas that had urine odor. Those areas still smell of urine. I would've rated the experience a 6 or 7, except that the total fee for the service was $350.00! I guess I just expected more out of a company like Zerorez. Ricardo Hernandez was the technician that serviced our home. He was fantastic! He was very courteous, professional, and thorough. The carpets do look a lot better than they were. I guess when it comes down to it, for $350 I wish they would've come out cleaner. I hope you found this feedback helpful.
Work harder in high traffic areas
The carpet did not dry in the 4 or 5 hours the technician said it would; it took over 12 hours to dry out so we had to wait till the next day to put our furniture back in place.
pet stain spot remover
Better spot removal. My carpets didn't get quite as clean as I had hoped. It is possible that the spots I had cannot be removed, but that was the only thing I was disappointed about. The technician did an excellent job, he was kind and respectful. I had an unusual situation occur while he was at my home (dog accidentally got locked in the car and police came to open the car). He was very patient and understanding while there was a lot going on at my house!

My tile looks so clean, I love it. Your guy was so nice, and tested all the areas I wanted him to and was very good about asking if I still wanted him to do the job. I loved that he wanted me to be happy, and if that meant that he didn't do anything for me that day, even though he had come out, that that was okay. Very nice worker. Thank you.
