Zerorez did a great job of getting our carpets cleaner than I've ever seen them. I thought for sure we had permanent stains but they were totally removed! Zerorez was also great at explaining their services and timely in their cleaning.

I liked that you didn't use any harsh soaps or chemicals. The young man worked quickly and gave me explanations how Zerorex works. What took time was getting the proper equipment to my 4th floor apartment. Fortunately he was able to park close enough to the building (He was almosT parked directly below my apartment) so that the hoses were long enough, but we had to get them up over my balacony! We did it, and the carpet was cleaned in no time. He could not have brought them up the stairs as my apartmet is quite a distance from them.
SUGGESTION: When a customer lives in an apartment (and I am on the 4th floor) it would be well worth your time to work out any necessary logistics BEFORE the person comes to clean.
I was pleased with my clean rugs and thank you for arriving 3 days after I called to make an appointment.

The carpet looks amazing. All of the stained spots are clean and honestly we didn't expect that. Our technician, Isaias, was extremely friendly and professional. We would recommend him especially and will ask for him next time we clean our carpets. We went out after to run errands and came back 4-5 hours later to dry, clean carpets.
No crunchy residue on dry carpet. No strong chemical smell.

I appreciated that it took my zerorez worker quite awhile to clean my carpets. I have had other cleaners come over and they're done super fast and my carpet doesn't look that clean. Zerorez took their time and it showed.

I would have liked it if the person I made the appointments with was more knowledgeable, more of a consultant. I didn't know enough to know what to ask and even though he was very pleasant, he didn't offer any FYI info. It turned out 2 of the 3 things I planned to have done (vent cleaning & kitchen travertine)could not be done so I moved a bunch of furniture unnecessarily and wasted a full day off - had I known more I could have made arrangements for a better equipped team to supplement what zerorez did. The guy who did the cleaning was also very nice and was more of a consultant but at that point I'd already had expectations that he was not able to meet. He also offered to have his people call me to set up another appointment when the new vent cleaning system was rolled out, I've not received a call as of yet and it's been almost two weeks. The carpet cleaning was done well and was quickly finished so that was good.

Zerorez is a large, unmanaged company. All phases of getting the work completed were difficulted, from trying to get through the phone lines to setting up the appointment and getting the work done. First scheduled appointment never happened. No record on Zerorez of conversation. Had to start all over.
Your technician worked hard and the result was terrific.
