Service provider wears booties while in my home; he protects walls, furniture and corners while cleaning; he has me check each room as he has completed the cleaning. So very professional. Carpets are beautiful when he is finished and stay clean for a long time after.

Your vent cleaning is not worth the $. I found debris by putting my arm into vent. Person said that they clean and they didn't do good enough job . You could make it right by giving a discount on vent cleaning. Carpet cleaning was about average. Found 1 area that didn't get cleaned good enough once dry. Thought zero fez was the best.
No chemicals
This is our second experience with Zerorez ... two different areas of our home, two different technicians, but consistent results. From the person taking the order over the phone and arranging for the estimate to the technician's ability to handle our needs with high quality results, totally satisfied and definitely an ongoing customer to the future.
Zerorez has a helpful friendly staff. The technician was knowledgable and didn't try to sell me more than I needed.

I get migraines from any kind of chemical and Zerorez is the only option for cleaning my carpets. Recently we finished building an extension to our home. The old carpets and ducts were filthy. Zerorez did a great job getting them like new.
