I had heard a lot about how good your cleaning method was. It is not what you say it is. The heavy traffic areas looked as bad as before you treated them. Your tech man said that was because "the dirt was ground into the fiber of the carpet." I tried you because I didn't feel up to doing it myself (I'm over 80). Nevertheless, I had to get out my Orek system and go over what was still bad. It made a real difference because the floor brush and bonnet action got the soil realse into the carpet and the cleaning action of the machine cleaned it. It is so superior to Zerorez. Believe me - I learned the hard way!
The follow through on everyone's part. I didn't run into any issues. Everything went as promised.
No harsh chemicals

He got one of the stains on the carpet to lighten up significantly, and we have cleaned the carpet 2 times without success
Not as pleased with the quality of cleaning. Had to come back to remove brown lines left all over the carpet. Couldn't come back next day but had to wait several days with furniture in odd spots waiting for them to be able to come back and fix problem.
The gentleman that performed my service was very polite and knowledgable. He answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly.
Our guy was very nice and did more than we expected him to. Plus we love the fact that there are no crunchy carpet feeling after the job was complete.
Your product killed my grass.....
I was very disappointed in the cleaning of my stairs. I told my tech that and his reply was they were worn. I explained that I moved into this housed one year ago and had zerorez clean the entire house. The carpets looked great. He asked me if I would like him to try again and I said yes. He then tried the stair tool and they came much cleaner. I feel if he would have spent a little time and effort that they would be totally clean.
My technician was great. He was very knowledgeable. I felt like he was trying to upsale a lot, but it didn't bother me too much. He responded to my questions well and was pretty responsible. I was not impressed, however, with the people who took my initial call. She didn't tell me what time the tech was coming, and she did not tell me that a room over 200 square feet would count as two rooms (even though I told her I had at least one room that was bigger). On appointment day, no one called me to tell me when they would be out, soni was waiting and waiting. I like the process of cleaning, the tech was pretty great, but the call people struck me as cold and slightly unprofessional (or maybe too professional, in that I felt like a number).

I HAVE USED ZEROREZ TO CLEAN MY CARPETS FOR MANY YEARS BECAUSE I LIKE YOUR METHOD OF CLEANING CARPETS. I ESPECIALLY LIKE YOUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES LIKE AUSTIN WHO ARE NOT ONLY KNOWLEGEABLE BUT POLITE AND WILLING TO HELP IN ANY WAY THEY CAN TO SEE YOUR ARE A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I APPRECIATE HIS WORK ETHIC AND DESIRE TO REPRESENT ZEROREZ IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

Service was wonderful. I felt bad for the service representative because a piece of equipment broke and he had to come back in the morning to finish. His supervisor said he had to pack up all of the big equipment and then unpack it in the morning when he came back. I felt bad for him and the extra work. Other than that I have been really happy with Zerorez.
