Fast, friendly and the carpets smell clean, not just look clean.
A few mix-ups occurred. I was promised to have oriental carpets back to house on a Monday. Received call on Monday that technician was running late but that he would call when he was on his way. Heard nothing and he did not arrive that day. I was busy and did not hear from him or the company for two more days. Finally I called the company. Discovered that my carpets had been sent to another city. Technician was too busy to bring carpets for another two days. Technician, however, very personable and helpful; able to clean a very messy carpet I thought to be destroyed by a dog.
It doesn't seem that our carpets are getting quite as clean, especially where there are spots. That could just be the carpet though, which needs to be replaced.
Technician was sure our carpets would be dry within 2 hours; had used a new wand with that purpose in mind. Just fyi, the one bedroom that had a ceiling fan took about 8 hours; the rest of the house took overnight (they finished at about 4 p.m.). The stairs were still damp the next evening. This is how it's always been. I was surprised to hear that if things weren't dry within 12 hours we should call your office. I'm used to our carpets taking a long time to dry with Zerorez. They (the carpets) always take at least overnight.
Didn't appreciate the one technician always throwing out disclaimers like that he was SURE our pet stains would show up after cleaning if we didn't choose the special treatment, and that there would definitely be high traffic areas looking bad. It would have been nice to show some hope!

In this weather it takes a little longer to dry but that was okay.
I had my homes air ducts cleaned by Zerorez. My house is large and there are 5 air handing units and one of them is in the attic and is not easily accessible. The unit in the attic serves the master bedroom/bathroom. The night after Zerorez came to clean the air ducts the temperature in the master bedroom went down to 55 degrees. There was no display on my thermostat and so I got out a ladder, went in the attic and saw the power switch was turned off. I turned it back on and the unit started back up.
Thanks Zerorez for ruining my sleep! You would think one of the items on the checklist would be to make sure the units are functional after you are done with them.

I wanted my tile and grout cleaned. What I wasn't told is that your machine is round and does not fit into corners or close to walls. My grout is still black and dirty in all those areas, plus it's still dirty in the main kitchen area. The technician did the best he could under the circumstances, but I am VERY disappointed in your service and I won't be using you again, nor will I recommend your services to anyone. I spent approximately $400, and I feel that I should I receive a refund because the grout is still dirty and I have to have Stanley Steemer come back out pay them all over again. I am extremely dissatisfied with your services.
The carpet was very bad in spots and the tech did such a super job. Thank you for how professional your company is. I have already referred your company to friends and family
Product very good,carpet was not left in a wet condition a little damp but not wet. Carpet was very clean when the tech finished our carpeted stairs were very dirty cleaned up beyond my expectation.
Service was great .What a nice young man explained every step that he was going to before he started And then to work. You better pay him good wages he earned every penny. This young man did your company proud.

The guy was nice but it took 2 days for my carpet to dry. I have used you guys before multiple times and I know what the carpet should be like after its shampooed. There was way too much water left in the carpet. I don't know that he was sure what he was doing. It worked out because the carpet looks better. I just won't use him again though, I miss my other guy that moved.
