Time of arrival and expected time differed by 4 hours.

My complaints are not your fault. Most of my carpets are quite old. I was hoping for a miracle. The carpets are OK, but two light-colored carpets (light blue and light melon) didn't clean up as well as I had hoped. Your technician did his best.

It was fast and efficient.

I thought I would have to replace the carpeting in one room because it looked so dirty. It was the only room that I had paid a professional carpet cleaning company to clean, and it just looked darker and darker after that. Zerorez got it looking clean so that I don't have to replace it! He also got the dark out of the light colored stairs, too! He said it was the soap residue from the past that made it look so dirty. I didn't even think the living room needed cleaning that much until I saw the difference between the side he did next to the half that wasn't done! What an amazing difference! So happy my husband called Zerorez!

A little mate attention to high traffic areas would be good

One of the areas the technician cleaned still has multiple obvious stains! I've never been disappointed when I've used your service before. Unfortunately this technician didn't notice the spots, neither did he go over the carpet with me so we could identify trouble spots together. I pointed out to him one stain in an area that bordered the boundary of the room and he kindly cleaned that spot...the stain is gone, and I'm so grateful for that! But why not all the other stains in the actual area he was supposed to clean? How much of the responsibility belongs to him to clean the stains and how much belongs to me to point them out??

I would very much appreciate having the rest of the stains removed if possible.

My house doesn't smell like cleaners. Very fast and easy to make an appointment and change my appointment so it was more convinced for me.

Dispatch and scheduling communication was weak. They did not communicate with the serviceman that there were two separate jobs at the same address at the same time. Two separate servicemen were dispatched. The first was sharp enough to see that it had been improperly dispatched and remedied the problem.

Efficient!

He was on time. Explained things well. Offered alternatives/other products to improve carpet health in a non-"salesy" way; more informational than sales. He adapted to our situation.

The carpet was still pretty wet when he left. He was very informative on best methods.

We like that there are no soaps or cleaners used, just the different kind of water you use.

I was told a pet treatment can cure my urine smell. It did not work so I called and they told me they would send someone back out but they charged me another $100 and the smell is still not truely gone

This is the first time using your company. Your business name was given to me by a company that sold us carpet so I thought I would give you a try.
I run/own a music school in South Jordan, Utah called Barton Music School. Daily, I have heavy traffic use on my stairway and music rooms. I purchased the sealant for the stairway and I'm interested to see how well that works. If all goes well, I plan on using zerorez twice a year to do our music school's carpets and stairways.

Carpet looks great!

I was so impressed with the service that Elden and his co-worker displayed. He took the time to explain what he was doing and ask what our needs were. They absolutely went the extra mile, which I was not expecting. But I can say enough great things about the quality of work that was done. My carpet looks 100% better and the stains that were needed removing were taken care of much better than I would have expected.

So happy with "Zerorez," and the their employees! I will definitely recommend them to neighbors, family and friends.
