I'm glad to have the opportunity to provide feedback because I was about to provide it elsewhere, so I do appreciate that.

Initially, it was a hassle to get a technician to our house to clean. We had a morning appointment on Monday, November 2nd, so I took half of a day off of work to be there for the technician (we just purchased the home and are not yet living there). The time that I was supposed to be contacted came and went so I made a call to get an update. Turns out, a bunch of technicians were sick and my appointment had been moved into the afternoon. Normally, that would be a little frustrating, but understandable, but what made it so much worse it that nobody bothered to notify me of the change. So I rescheduled for late Wednesday afternoon and planned to leave work early to be available. At about 1 on Wednesday, I was called by a service rep to be notified that another appointment had cancelled and they could move my appointment up if I desired. I told him that that would not work and I would like to keep my original appointment, which he said was fine. Ten minutes later, a technician called to say that he was on the way to the house - more than two hours early, despite my request not to move up the appointment.

The technician was really nice and the bedrooms and living rooms look, feel, and smell nice, but the staircase still smells. The smell may be too deep to be fixed but I would appreciate it if it's possible to have you try again, free of charge. If not, that is fine, I do understand, but I will not be paying again to redo a job that was already paid for and was done in a spectacularly poor fashion. Frankly, the hassle and cost far outweigh the benefits that we received from your service. Thank you, however, for reading, as I am grateful for the opportunity to provide the feedback.

We have stains/traffic lanes which did not come out. The cleaning solution was sprayed all over furniture, laminate floors, and mirrors on the wall. The carpets were still damp after more than 6 hours, some areas still felt damp the following morning.

I had high hopes based upon your advertising claims but I was disappointed. A refund would be nice.
