Professional, friendly and thorough carpet cleaning. I have been veruy pleased with their services.
When cleaning grout, be thorough. If the grout is dirty and only a very quick job is done to clean it, once it dries it will look spotty (some clean, some dirty spots) and horrible. As it stands, I feel it would have been better to leave the tile alone and have all the grout remain uniformly dirty.
Excellent service, excellent price. We were very grateful that they were able to give us the first appointment for the day as we were planning on leaving later in the day. The young man who came was punctual, polite, and efficient. Our carpets were, to be charitable, in a state and now they look 100% better. Would recommend to anyone.

NO CHEMICAL SMELL,DRIES RATHER QUICKLY, PERSONABLE AND TIDY TECHNICIANS.
We like the fact that no soap was used to clean the carpet and the protectent. Your men were very friendly and did an excellent job. The results were very good. We do have one place that still looks a little dirty in a main walkway. Don't make a special trip but if you are in the area, we wouldn't mind having someone take a look at it.

Best carpet cleaning ever the technician was very good and professional. On time, hard working, clean cut.
The carpet cleaning was for my mothers house, and she felt like she would ask the technician to go a little further under the bed with the wand and he would just look at her and gave her a smirk and not do it! I saw the carpets myself the next day and they we're a little bit cleaner but in the high traffic areas they were still dirty! My mother got on her hands and knees and clean more herself! For the money my mother paid, I and my mother didn't think it was worth it! My father is very ill and has had lots of accidents in the home we don't fill like the carpet is very clean. We have had better luck with are other carpet person who only charges my mother a 110.00 dollars for the same type of cleaning that your company did! It's not a very big home, plus he was so late getting there from his other job! The only plus was that the carpets dried in a day or so that's it! Probably won't use you again! Name removed
I am still waiting to see how well my carpet stays clean. I do wish you would have scheduled my cleaner to come earlier in the day. He was here until 9 pm too late. You knew I had a lot to clean I told you when I made the appointment
The service was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful! He was also considerate to cover his shoes and was just all around careful with our belongings.
Fresh smell and dried quick
How clean they got my carpets that were really dirty. I like the gentleman who did the cleaning. I liked that if he had to do outside he slipped the plastic shoes he was wearing and when he came back in he slipped them back on. I really enjoyed the man who did the cleaning. And he was fast!
