No chemicals
You missed the edges!!! So sad. But I'm happy with the rest of it. Technician was nice and prices were fair.

Your technitions were very helpful and courteous. I was pleased with their work. My frustration was that as soon as they left I heard an ad on KSL for you doing at room for $25 and I had just paid $33 a room. I called your company and was basically told there was nothing they could do about it! I seems to me for positive Public Relations that I should be charged the rate you are advertising for on the day of service!!

The initial call seemed like a "bait and switch" scam. The web site said $25 per room, tile or carpet. The estimate for 3 rooms was over $200.00. When we finally agreed that the $25 per room price should apply I was told there is a $100 minimum that is not apparent on the web page.
I was told that the carpet would take 2 to 4 hours to dry. It actually took over night and into the next morning. I wasn't told the carpet would pucker until it was dry. The tile a carpet look better, but I think a good steam cleaning would have done just as well.

I appreciated the fact that your representative was fast, efficient and very professional. He did an excellent job on a mattress that I had cleaned. It looks great. He also did a good job cleaning the floors as well.
No soaps and it looks great
I was told I would get a call around 2-3 letting me know when the tech would be showing up, but got a phone call at 1 while out running errands from the guy already inside my house. The tech informed me that unless I got the higher priced pet treatment that my house would stink. Made me worry about the whole process - basically even though he would be cleaning my carpets, it would not end up clean. There ended up being several spots on the carpet that dried crunchy, like they were rushed over and not treated properly. To top everything off - I got 3 phone calls after the service asking if I would like to "finish my inquiry and set up an appointment," and have now had 5 emails asking to rate this crappy service. 10/10 will recommend AGAINST this company.
The guys who cleaned my carpet were amazing, answered all my questions and cleaned a very, very filthy carpet to my satisfaction. In fact, it was impressive how clean they got my carpet.
Upon further examination of the carpet cleaning there were several areas that I found that still had stains in the carpet. Chocolate, gum, red, and blue spots. I used my own cleaner and scrubbed till I got it out myself.
Went to pick up throw rugs at your Draper location and was disappoint the rugs were still wet, since we took them there the prior Tuesday. The large area rug came out alright but the smaller one doesn't look much better then when we left it.
I recommended your company to my daughter as better than buying new and believed the results would be worth it, saying I've used them before and been happy. Not so much now.

I like the new roller to help with the cleaning, and the raking in of the protectant. This is the first time I have had my technician use these tools. He was polite, wore shoe covers, and did an excellent job.
great service. Nice , respectful workers, good prices (even when no sale is effective) My carpets and tiles/grout always look beautiful when dried and days/weeks down the road. Your service people always spend time on bad spots.
