Very Pleased. Carpets looked like new.We have dogs and cats that live in the house and when it was done the whole house smelled very fresh. The carpet was almost dry by evening.

I am very disappointed with the result. The machine broke while the technician was there, so he finished on his knees with the stair cleaner. The middle of the living room look awful, you can see exactly where he cleaned and the spots in between that were missed.

I have called trying to reschedule and was told the earliest I can have it re-done is next Tuesday, 11/24. My house has been torn up since Tuesday 11/17, I am not happy about having to wait so long. Both rooms do not need to be re-done, just the center section of the living room.

I have waited a long time to you use service, and this is not the result I expected. The commercials just rave about you.

For the most part my carpets came out very good, especially for the age and amount of wear and tear on them. The technician was easy to get a hold of to talk about my carpets and the process.

You cleaned our carpets and the end result was amazing. Our 20 year old carpet looked almost new!

Lower you overall price! It would have cost 600 dollars to have my whole house cleaned, so I had to pick the worst rooms.
I do think the tech did a good job. It was still expensive so it will not be done again anytime soon.
I would still tell friend about your service but I would also warn them they will need to take out a loan to cover the cost.

Their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. We only use Zerorez because we know we will be happy with the end results. I feel very comfortable having them in my home.

The technician, Roy, was very helpful in many aspects. He was very professional, extremely courteous, he spent time to educate me as to why Zerorez cleaning is better/healthier, he was flexible (we added two areas to the job upon arrival) and agreeable. This is our first experience with Zerorez...it's our hope the cleaning will stand up for a while...as in the past, we've had carpet cleaning that seems to actually "attract" dirt, looking terrible within a few months.

No residue left behind, tough stains removed, the carpets look and feel clean. Every technician we've had has been very thorough and attentive to the job as well as "people friendly" with much appreciated tips for keeping our floors clean. Thank you!
