I filled out an appointment request online and somehow none of my information came through to the person who called me. Between the first time I spoke with a representative on the phone and my actual appointment date, my contanct information got changed in your system. I never received the phone call the day prior and I almost missed my appointment because of the phone number change (I have no idea where they got the phone number they had, it was not even close to my number). They even had my email address wrong and the technician had to correct it.

I could go on and on about the positive things. I've been using you guys for a while now and I'll never use anyone else. I'm in the construction and residential sales industry and whenever the topic or issue comes up - I always recommend Zerorez.

Cleans as advertised

When call to set up appointment I was on hold for 5 minutes. Hung up on and had to wait on hold do 5 min to talk to someone. This is wrong to do this to customers. I called 15 min before your service called to fine out when they were expected to be at my house. That we're rood would not tell me. I have to wait 45 min for them to call. This is not good customer service. The carpet cleaner was not going to be there fo 1 hour.
The tech was top notch. He was very good. I would recommend the tech very highly. Call me if you have any more questions

Drying time was great....service person was on time.....carpet looks great....carpet feels good when you walk on it, not stiff.....just feels soft like new carpet. My steps were so dirty I really didn't think they would come clean, but they look and feel great.

The technician was very personable and did a great job on a very dirty carpet. There was lots of residue from other carpet machines and he got it out!

I have always loved zerorez and look forward to my clean carpets. The products follow through and do the job but I was disappointed in the finished results.
My carpets dried great but there are places where I can see it was not sucked out properly. My carpet is Ivory (a very light color) but there are gold spots. I feel like the technician hurried too fast and could have been more through. He was very nice and polite and courteous and was willing to do what I asked. I still have spots on the upholstery (arm rests. The most disappointing was the rug cleaning. It cost me $180.00 and he bushed over it quickly 1 time and sprayed the micro treatment. I could have saved a lot of money by just not doing it.
To make things right I would like it all re-done but now I'll have to wait til after the holidays.

I loved our technician. He was great. When I asked him if there were any other discounts he could give me because I was spending 558.00 to have a house cleaned and I had just had the carpets cleaned 4 months ago. He said yes you qualify for the VIP discount. I was thrilled. I was disappointed that the girl who scheduled the appointment didn't tell me about it. Clever training on your part to get more money. Still love the product and service, just a little wisher on how you work.

Your technician was great and he tried hard and some areas are "OK." But others are not. After 24 hours of drying, the stairway actually looks a little worse than before. Two of the area rugs just don't look clean. Again, he tried. Perhaps your equipment is faulty or perhaps he didn't use enough degreaser or go over the areas enough times. I really don't know. I will call after Thanksgiving to request that he or another technician return. I have photos I can send to you.

didn't finish the job that I requested. Only did half the areas. when I called to see what happened they put me off for a week before they could come finish. I feel I was over charged for the area that was done.
