You charged me for 3 rooms when only 2 were cleaned. I had asked for 3 when I set the appointment, but then decided to rearrange some furniture, so only 2 were ready to be cleaned when the tech came.
Ricardo was amazing. He came to correct a previous cleaning, which he did very well. He took three wool area rugs to clean and put sealant on. They came back beautiful. He was so helpful and full of helpful information. I will ask for him in the future.

My service with Ricardo was super. He came to reclean two areas that were not clean from the previous cleaning and got it all clean and was very helpful. This time he took three wool area rugs and they came back like new. I will ask for Ricardo every ime.
Was not real happy with the scheduling process. Couldn't get a commitment on the time of day until later but needed to know sooner in order to schedule other things in my week. Then when you called to let me know the time, it was not the time I requested and we had to reschedule and then still got several calls from you to finally get it right.
The cleaning part of it was fine and we were happy with the cleaning results, but not the scheduling. Definitely needs to be improved.

Professional/ thorough
The technician should have taken more time and gone over the high traffic spots 2-3 more times the FIRST TIME he was here. Also, the pet areas should have been treated better and cleaned better (you can still smell the urine).
I asked the technician about the dirty traffic areas when he was here and he told me it was matted/worn carpet. I was dissapointed that they didn't come cleaner. After he left I took a clean white towel and wiped over the areas and the towel was filthy!! So I called the office and they told me they would have him come back out. Several hours later I called the technician to see when he was coming and he hadn't even been called by the office yet, so I called the office again and asked when he was coming!! The office finally called me back with a timeframe and the technician came back out and cleaned my carpet again. I understand things happen sometimes, but I feel it could have been handled by the office the first time I called!!
They did a great job on my carpet. They got a stain area out that had been there a long time.
The tech was real good also come in went right to work and did a great job I have already recommend them to two friends.

We have used you for years. The past couple times have not been as top as others. The first time several months ago the tech some how got ink on my carpet. The hot water made it spread like crazy. He said there was nothing he could do and gave me a bottle of cleaner. Luckily it was at the landing on the bottom of the stairs and not so noticeable. After much vinegar, baking soda, your cleaning stuff and LOTS of scrubbing I got lots of it out
This time the tech was quick which was nice but I felt like there were spots that should have come clean. Maybe the lighting just wasn't good and he didn't notice them. I will give it one more try. I like your process but feel like sometimes things are a little sloppy.

The technician was professional and thorough. I thought he did a wonderful job. Everything looked so clean and smelled fresh. I was so surprised that he was able to resurrect some carpet that I didn't think would ever look good again.
I am frustrated however with the "upsell." I thought I would be out the door for under $300 and ended up accepting the permanent protectant that was outrageously expensive and regretted it after he left. I'm sure it's a good product but I spent almost $900! That was not in the budget and I shouldn't have accepted, no matter how good the product. It's my own fault, I guess.
