The technician worked very hard and helped my concern of getting stains and things out of the carpet. I hadn't had a great experience the last time Zerorez came to my home and he made sure that I felt confident in what he was doing.
Did a very good job. Cleaned one area that all most brought the original color back to carpet, carpet is 35+ years old. Cleaned recliner and made it look like new. On scale of 1 to 10 ten being the best I would rate the job at 15 a lot better than i thought it would be. My sister recommended Zerorez. The job was for my Dad, my wife looked at job and know wants to do the carpet in our home.

I was not home when the carpets were being cleaned. The technician kept me updated and informed during the cleaning process.
The last Tech (Rodrico or Renaldo) was terrific. He was assigned to come back for a re-service on two large spots or stains in our rug. He knew exactly what to do and withing a few minutes he had eliminated the stains (spots). With the Home Office's approval, he worked us into his existing schedule and cleaned our small formal dining room rug. It too had some high traffic stains, but in minutes he had removed them. My wife and I are thrilled with his service. We give him and Zerorez a "BIG KUDO!" Name removed
Our grout didn't come completely clean so that was a little disappointing, but the tech was fast.
I like how clean the carpets look and the fact that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals. I also appreciate the fact that I don't feel pressured into additional products or services.

good results. However, your customer service telephone system is awful. I had to cancel my appointment last week due to my wife having to go to the hospital. I must have tried for over an hour to contact you but to no avail. On you phone you say to press "1" to speak to a rep about an appointment and the phone went dead. I finally called the corporate office and requested someone call me and no one did. I searched the internet and finally found a telephone number and someone actually answered it and I rescheduled the appt. You need to get your phone system up to date.

The concept of rez free cleaning. And it is very effective
I like the fact my carpets are clean without being soaking wet. The protectant keeps them cleaner longer and that they tend to be as plant if not cleaner than when other companies have done my carpets. I recommend them highly.
