Your employees were very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job in good time. The only thing that wasn't 100% was that under the cabinets where they hang over the baseboard, the grout didn't get clean. That would be my only suggestion to make your service better. Maybe it's because the piece of equipment they use can't reach under the cabinet to the baseboard, I'm not sure. I was very pleased with everything else about your carpet cleaning service.
the cleanliness, the result the quickness of drying...I just like everything about it I think this is about my 6th or 7th time using.

There were a few spots that were not completely removed. The spots were small so I hand washed them.
My carpet feels like new again. Not crunchy and stiff. The guy who came and cleaned our carpet did an excellent job explaining each step that he did and why he was doing it. Way better experience than the first time.
Everything about the experience was great! The customer service rep was clear on the phone regarding the process. The technician, Ricardo, was very professional, punctual, and very polite! He was very thorough and answered any questions I had. We had throw up smell that we were trying to get rid of and we are so happy that the smell is finally gone! We will definitely use your company again as well as recommend you to our friends and family.
We liked the service and the technician did a good job. However, I notices some spots (about 4x8") on our driveway. I thought they might just have been water but they are acting more like oil-type substances and didn't dry up. I think the kitty litter I put on will take care of it (it does when people's cars leak)so I think it'll be okay but maybe check to be sure there's not a leak that could damage your equipment. Thanks

haven't used other services so I can't compare- seemed to be a nice safe way to clean a carpet. technician was clean and friendly rug seems clean - with a truck mounted vacuum one can't tell how dirty the water is after sucking it up. dried fast hope the protectant is as good as advertised f
I really appreciate that Zerorez is a "Green" carpet cleaning solution. My carpets looks great. The service technician was polite, knowledgeable and confident. I really appreciated how fast my carpets dried. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

Quickness of performing the work requested and the care in which it was done.
The service technician was great very professional and answered all my questions. I was looking at the carpet today however and most of the stains reappeared so I'm unhappy about that.
My carpet took over a day to dry and the commercials all say that the carpet is supposed to feel soft when it is done and mine feels crunchy like a regular carpet cleaning. The technician also leaked oil onto our driveway.
I paid $295.00 for the tile to be cleaned and the grout sealed on Monday. Now I have a large (3 or 4 inch by 1 inch)gouge in our master bath door frame. The chunk of wood knocked out is large enough for the technician to have seen it, removed it and not told us about the incident. It must have been made by the large tile cleaning machine or the large floor dryer. Our house is only 10 years old and we did not have the damaged door frame before Zerorez entered our home. Now we have to figure out how to repair the damage.
Excellent service and products. The pet stain was removed and our chair looks like brand new.

1. I called and explained the size of the home 1400 sq feet, the number of bedrooms (4), and there were stairs going to the basement, and was quoted a price of $129.00. The kid that showed up to clean the carpets told me that the stairs and living and family rooms were not included so the price jumped to $219.00. Needless to say, I was surprised at the increase and wondered why I was paying nearly twice the price of the original quote.
2.I was scheduled to have the carpets cleaned at my rental house on Monday, January 18, 2016, but received a phone message that zerorez had overbooked Monday. This caused me to have to change my entire schedule around (sleeping pattern, radon test, work training) to accommodate you folks, the pay twice as much.

A little late getting to my house but did a very good job once thay got here.
I loved the end result don't get me wrong. To be honest I was only dissapointed in the method of measuring rooms and prices. On the phone I said three rooms and two halls. I understood there would be a water fee and total I was estimated $124. I found that fair. Two rooms were full of furniture that wouldn't be moved and one room was fairly empty. I am almost sure I wasn't made aware of the "room" dimension requirements and oversized room fees. I read my advice on the email about having things vacuumed and that there would be fees to move furniture and thought I had my bases covered. After my technician measures and told me he'd charge twice for an oversized room I was surprised and then looked at the ***at the bottom of my email to then be informed about dimensions, oversiz fees and that rooms are the same price regardless of how much furniture is in the room. This would have been really great to be informed about on the phone so that I wasn't surprised. Again this may have been covered in my phone consultation, and the technician told me it should have, but I'm pretty sure it was missed
I really loved the kindness of all representatives and the thorough job executed on the carpets. I did feel I'd share this because I wasn't thrilled at the qualm of price and fees and that made me less willing to recommend it to friends and family.
I love the way my carpets look. They are so clean.
