The sealant is awesome! I am gradually having Ben come spray areas of my house. It's expensive, but I think its worth it. Ben is awesome and is always good to accommodate my schedule. He is pleasant to work with and makes great recommendations. He does a great job, too!

My appointment was scheduled between 2:30-3:00. The cleaner didn't show up until 5:30. No one called and I tried calling, but no one answered after waiting 10 minutes on the line.

I like how clean you are able to get my carpets without chemicals and how fast they dry. I have been using you guys for a while now. Your prices are a little higher than other companies I've used, but it's always been worth it until this time. My living room and family room almost look worse than before they were cleaned. I have perfectly straight lines of dirt now going both directions. It's like clean squares with dirt borders. It's frustrating.

the effort made to make the client satisfied with all aspects of the process. the young man providing the service was knowledgable, polite, and made sure all our concerns were met.

No build-up detergent. Helpful and courteous carpet cleaner serviceman. Information given ahead of time of the procedure and allowing time for us to ask questions. A negative comment is that we live in a condo community, and sometimes we may not have enough areas to clean so the amount would be under $100...so therefore I wouldn't be able to get the $25 a room deal. I feel like no matter how little area that needs to be cleaned, that we should be able to get the $25 deal. Thank you for the service re received this time.

I like that it doesn't smell like chemicals and it works. My stains are pretty much gone. The technician who came to my house was very polite and was very thorough. I'm very with the resolutes happy!
