Quick drying times. Clean carpet. Clean grout without breaking my back.
Always do an outstanding job and extremely friendly.
First time you cleaned carpet looked worse than when you started. Came a second time and there is improvement, however as carpet dries the stain returns. Carpet cleaner stated it was wicking up dirt from the carpet padding (contradicting the claims made on your website that dirt is not wicked back u)
We called, they arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled time; were TOTALLY efficient, EXTREMLY knowledgeable and did not try to "up sell" us a bunch of other services. Both employees arrived wearing protective booties as well.
We had both duct cleaning as well as having our carpets cleaned and were beyond great. The duct work was 1st and in the afternoon the carpets were done and we have to say that if anyone needs their carpets cleaned or ducts cleaned START AND FINISH with Zerorez.
We had not ever had the carpets cleaned, having many pet stains in them and the carpets look like they are brand new.
Kudos to Juan Lopez and Jimmie Prince our technicians. They were VERY friendly and a SUPURB job.

The only problem I had was I made the appointment online and someone was to call to confirm and no one ever did so I left a message and no one called back again. I had to call until I reached a person and then set up the appointment. Everything went great from there. I am very pleased with how they cleaned my carpet!
The service person was knowledgeable (he did a demo with water and iodine), courteous, thorough and friendly. I have checked a 10 (very likely) for now hoping that the "spots" do not reappear. IF they do, my recommendation would be 0.

Everything is clean and not soppy wet. Dries fast and priced right.
They don't always take enough time to really clean my carpets so I am always hesitant before I call for an appointment. This time it went really well.
The carpets were left spotless and the technician did an excellent job.
The first time I had my carpet cleaned, I was extremely satisfied. Carpet stayed clean for months.
Last time I had my carpets clean, I was not happy. I paid extra for a spray that was supposed to keep my carpets cleaner longer. It was worse and within months my floor looked worse than it did when it was cleaned.
This time, my carpets look good. Didn't pay for an extra protectant (since last time was a disaster). I'll wait and see how well they stay clean this time.
Juan and John were both very polite and confident as they came and cleaned our carpets. John came a second time to follow up on some rust colored residue. It came out and looks so much better. Thanks
I feel there is no residue in my carpets
I like the calls keeping me posted on the arrival time of the agent. The agent was very agreeable and stayed an extra hour to clean 3 wool Middle Eastern rugs. One of the rugs 'bled' colors. Is there a way to clean the bleeding?
It does the job. My experience with the technicians is always positive.
The pretreatment really helped pull years of dust and dirt out of our carpets. I also like that you use pretreated water and don't
leave soaps behind. While I did have a few dark/brown spots come back the next day, that was to be expected as the padding was certainly very dirty and seeped back up the next day. As our carpets were years dirty, I was still very pleased with the amazing results.

The cleaning was great, no chemical odors or sticky residues remained, the dog pee spots are like they never happened, and the carpet was dry within 12 hours. The customer service was wonderful -- Cory was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. A great experience all around.
