The man who came out was very professional and nice.
My carpet was extremely wet afterwards. We don't have pets and really didn't have any stains that needed extra cleaning, but it still was wet and sticky (I think the sticky was the stain treatment, I wasn't too impressed with that either) over 24 hrs after the cleaning was finished, oh and our heat was set at 74-75 degrees that day, so it wasn't cause it was too cold in our home.
You are the only one who actually got both our carpets and upholstery CLEAN! I didn't think it was possible-they were so bad. Thank you! I,m sure anyone would be thrilled with the work ethic of this employee as well as the products of the company. The whole house feels and smells (and looks!) very fresh and clean. It makes for a lovely Christmas!
Isaiah was amazing! He put up with our little elderly doggie who barks at him.
He made his way to our house in a blizzard and arrived with a smile and a wonderful attitude. That is RARE in an employee. Please reward him. He's a gem!

The technician wanted to charge me extra for an area in my bedroom.
there was trouble with the equipment on the day they came to my home. The employee did the very best he could, but ended up having to do a lot more work than was necessary if the right equipment was working. The nozzles on the brush went out, then had to do most of the house with the stair tool, which did not get up all the dirt as it could have in my opinion. There were spots left after the carpet was done, which the employee said would have been picked up if the other brush/wand was working. He also began using the star tool and had some small black pieces/residue of something coming back out when he was spraying the carpet. He thought it may have been the tank was not completely flushed after some maintenance or something. Anyway, with the two things slowing hime down, the project he had to do now was going to take twice as long and I did not allot that much time, I had to have someone stay at the house with him while i ran to an appointment I had. So, at the time of malfunction, i think they should have brought another truck, so it could have been done the right way the first time. I have used zerorez multiple times in the past and have only had this not-so-good experience. I would say that previously they were excellent with great customer service.. I felt like I got a "lemon" this last time- mainly with the equipment, but also the employee was a bit new, however he did do his best and try to fix everything the best he could - so good effort, but hard when the equipment is malfunctioning...

Zerorez is the "right way to clean." The carpets look great without the harsh chemicals.
Ryan and Austin were very professional. They completed the job in good time, but taking care to see that each area was clean and protected.
Ryan and Austin had to overcome the obstacles of snow and narrowed driveways and should be commended for handling it all efficiently and pleasantly.

I was very specific as to what I wanted and how many areas I needed cleaning and I was quoted $250, but when the job was done, I was charged $380. The price was reduced to $350 by the cleaning man, but REALLY, when I ask for how much it is going to cost and I am very specific I should get that price not $100 more!!

This visit was to service our air ducts. I think it went very well. I was a little bit disappointed with the way they put the air return vents back on. They had never been taken off so I get that it was difficult. I think the tech had to slice the caulking, etc. There were a couple of screws that either stripped out when they were removed or just weren't put back in straight so I had to do a little bit of cosmetic work. Other than that, it was great.
The great services and really great job by your workers, specially Isaias I only recommend him to my friends. I only call Zerorex because your products wash off spots,clean and dry in minimum time, it looks like new carpet and also the stairs beautifully CLEAN!!! it really makes me happier. Thank you Xerorex!!!

The job gets done properly the first time carpets end up ultra clean, they show up when they say they do and even let you know about earlier appointment times. Great friendly service the guy was great and did a great job.
