This is the first time using your company. Your business name was given to me by a company that sold us carpet so I thought I would give you a try.
I run/own a music school in South Jordan, Utah called Barton Music School. Daily, I have heavy traffic use on my stairway and music rooms. I purchased the sealant for the stairway and I'm interested to see how well that works. If all goes well, I plan on using zerorez twice a year to do our music school's carpets and stairways.

Carpet looks great!
I was so impressed with the service that Elden and his co-worker displayed. He took the time to explain what he was doing and ask what our needs were. They absolutely went the extra mile, which I was not expecting. But I can say enough great things about the quality of work that was done. My carpet looks 100% better and the stains that were needed removing were taken care of much better than I would have expected.
So happy with "Zerorez," and the their employees! I will definitely recommend them to neighbors, family and friends.

No harsh chemicals
Zerorez got my carpets very clean, and (I forgot his name) was very quick, and wanted me to check occasionally to make sure he did a good job. He cleaned my carpet so well that after it had dried, I found spots that I didn't remember were there. He's coming back.
We found out that our son won't let any one but you guys clean their carpets. He says his carpets only need cleaning now, once a year instead of every 6 months.
The technician was very polite and informative. Answered every question we had with a great understanding of the product and service. The service was great made our carpets look brand new.
Carpet in one of the four rooms still showed areas dirtier than others post cleaning
The cleaner was very friendly and did a great job I had a bad urine smelling room that is still smelly but they are send a tech back out tomorrow
Carpet looks beautiful! Loved our "cleaner!" He was extremely informative...even showed me a video about a question I had about cleaning a chair and how to protect it. I appreciated him explaining the "whys" of things, not just the "whats." Oftentimes with salespeople, one feels like they are promoting something perhaps not necessary, just to increase the sale. He asked specific questions, and never tried to push something on us. We have used Zerorez three times before yesterday, and will certainly use again in the future!
The last time I used you guys I think the kid was kinda rushed cuz you could see spots where he had clearly missed (lines) this time everything looked AMAZING!

Ben did an amazing job! My carpet looks brand new. He works very hard and made sure I understood the product and was completely satisfied before he left. I will request him to clean my carpet again. He said he could do the tile and I plan on having him come back and do the tile.

The price quoted was not the price I paid. And yes I understand that My sofa sits 5 not 3. my stair case is a "Y" shape so their extra steps...
The technician was suppose to show my wife what you cleaning approach would do to the slade tile, well that never happened.
The appointment was for 3PM (after work for me), by 9am calls started to ask to come early... so I was not home.
