We had the grout clean and sealed in our two bathrooms. In one, the sealant was not cleaned off the floor and in the other, the edges remain dirty - in spite of requesting extra attention on them. The tech was reluctant to even try to work on the edges.

Also, when the techs first showed up, their hose left a glob of residue from a previous job on our front door step and mat. I was told they would clean it up just before they left. The mess was not cleaned. I wiped things a bit but there is still residue.

The overall carpet cleaning job appears to be your normal great service. We're just not as happy as we've been with your techs. We were made to feel like we were imposing on them to aim at a detail we thought needed a bit of attention.

Same day service ultra clean floors

I like the water treatment with no residue. The service was great. The equipment left some scratches on our hardwood floor which they need to be careful of that. They came today to take care of that and did a beautiful job. So all is well.

I had to reclean the corners of the tile in the bathroom and a few spots showed up after the carpet dried. Overall everything looked much better than before it was cleaned but the results were no better than anyone else I used in the past.

I was overcharged without being told. Allegedly, one of my rooms was over 200 square feet, although I had furniture left in the room so only a portion of the room was even treated. I was never made aware of any additional charge, thus receiving my statement via email was a BIG shock that I was overcharged. I also found it very strange that I wasn't left with ANYTHING from the technician. The tech was great, but he didn't convey anything about the charges and I found that to be very upsetting. He did a pretty good job cleaning, except for the 3 "problem" areas that we pointed out. Those areas didn't look much different than before he cleaned. Overall, I'm not happy due to the overcharge. Especially after speaking to the girl at the office about the overcharge for my carpets. She was rude and supplied no answer other than "I'll talk to a manager and see what we can do for you". Not happy.
