The technician was very friendly and informative. He worked really hard and got the job done quickly. I like that my carpet dried so quickly and there was no damp smell. He was able to get a cooking oil stain that had been drizzled up my stairs and had been there for 9 months! Thank you!!!

the cost was very high, I paid over $400 dollars for the main level of my home. Also the carpets were left very wet. It took 24 hours for some areas to dry.

Train your rep on how to hit every carpet fiber and not just brush over it quickly and miss spots. He also said it'd dry in an hour when it took all day and night to dry. We don't care it took so long, just sont say it will dry in an hour when it takes 10hrs.

The job on the carpet was amazing, however the biggest thing that kinda disappointed us was on our tile in 2 separate areas there was a lot of water that was sprayed on it, just clean up after yourselves a little bit better.

After cleaning, the carpet looked terrific. I was impressed by the the new machine(the detangler?) which left the carpet looking "fluffy". I appreciated your technician, Roy Alltop, explaining to me Zerorez's process of cleaning,and answering any questions I had. This is the third year we have used Zerorez, and you just keep getting better! We have recommended Zerorez to several of our neighbors, and they have been pleased as well.

I had two wool rugs and a loveseat cleaned. I think the rugs turned out ok but the loveseat is very disappointing. We noticed right away some big spots on the seat cushions and arms but wanted to wait until it was fully dry to see if it looked better. It does not, my husband even thinks it looks worse than before we had it cleaned. Not only were we very disappointed in our loveseat but the van left a very big oil stain in our driveway.
