You were able to get all of the stains off my carpet and did a terrific all around job. The technician was courteous and on time.

It took many more hours than expected for the carpet to dry. I thought that Rodrigo was very nice and did a mostly good job. He got through much faster than I remembered it taking before. Seven hours later when we were going to bed, our bedroom carpet (which he did first) still felt a bit damp when we walked in our stocking feet. It was dry by morning, but we wondered if he had either used too much water, or did not vacuum up enough of what he put down. That may mean that more of the dirty water remains in our carpets, which causes a bit of concern.
No residue or crunchy carpet left after the service.
The service was wonderful! From those that answered the telephone to the technician. All were friendly helpful and professional. My carpet looks amazing. I am very happy. 😊

The two young men who came to our home did an amazing job! After they cleaned them our carpets looked like they were brand new! And there were some stubborn stains. What I love is that they didn't use any chemicals--it left our home a safe place. Sherry Albrethsen
No residue left on/in carpets. Drying time was brief, especially for the first of March. Our technician was very thorough & asked if there were particular areas that needed more focused attention & he did give those areas extra care & attention. Truly appreciated that he wore "surgical booties" over his shoes & had corner guards to protect the wall & molding corners. The equipment is noticebly quieter.

The technicians were friendly, quick and professional. Carpets looked great. I thought that the deal came with a gift card to somewhere...but I didn't get anything. Does that come in the mail later?
