I liked the fact there aren't chemicals used on the carpet. My carpet and tile look great! The workers were really nice!

Don't use a lot of chemicals

- My day was interrupted several times with phone calls updating me on when the technician would arrive. I'd prefer they just set an appointment and keep it.
- The technician arrived three hours later than expected.
- There were still large stains on the carpet.
- The filing cabinet upholstery wasn't thoroughly cleaned (the edges don't look like they had been scrubbed at all).
- Most of the chairs don't look any better than they did before getting cleaned.
- The technician spilled cleaning fluid over a large portion of the rug.
- We waited around about a half hour after work hours for the technician to finish.
- The carpets weren't dry by morning.
- Our coupon wasn't accepted. We were told it wasn't valid for commercial jobs, which isn't explained anywhere on the coupon.
- We just don't feel like the carpet, chairs and cabinets are much cleaner than they were before.

What can you do to make things right? No idea. At this point we've moved all of the furniture back into the work area. Carpet cleaners are so frustrating because you are all so hit-and-miss (mostly miss). I'd love to find a reliable carpet cleaner.

The bathroom tile cleaning was great.

I have your services for close to a decade and have always appreciated the level of quality. The time before the last cleaning I was not at all happy with the level of the cleaning. It looked like he just used straight water. My next cleaning I use a competitor and it looked better, but became soiled much quicker. I return to Zerorez and was pleased. Your agent and his trainee did a professional job all the way around and I am pleased. Thank you!

Quick drying time

I like the way my carpet looks and feels after it has been cleaned. I like not having detergent or soap left in my carpet. Your technicians have always been friendly and competent. My only minor complaint is that I wasn't notified two days early with a definitive time. I'm happy with the job done and will call again when I need my carpet cleaned.

My chairs look really great but my carpet doesnt. It looks like it did before you came out. There was a small spot he said wouldnt come out. I sprayed some all pyrpose spray on it and it came right out. We have only had our carpet for a year so it wasnt bad to begin with but I can still see the dirty traffic pattern. Its not matted down, just grey. The two black and white chairs that I thought would be harder to clean, look great. I would have thought the blue carpet would clean up better than it did. I will probably have to spot spray it myself. Very dissapointed with the carpet.

We like that Jeremy was thorough you and that Jeremy took so much time and explain things as well as cleaned our carpet and tile. He did an amazing job!

It was a great deal. The serviceman was very nice and helpful. A few spots came through after the initial cleaning. Our light carpet is old. He returned and cleaned it thoroughly a second time.

The zerorez people are great and hardworking. They do the job well. The carpets always look great and feel soft without any soapy crunch after they dry.

I had two people come my first visit. One of the men constantly interrupted my phone call and wanted me to come see what he was doing for 4 hrs. He tried to upsale me on 10 dufferent things. So not what ive experienced from you befor. The other man was working and was a gentleman.

The process is efficient and clean. Technicians are polite and work quickly. Our carpets look and feel wonderful!!!

Ben is so knowledgeable and courteous. He did a amazing job on my tile! The grout looks like new! Ben does a great job. He works quickly, but is very thorough. I will ask for him in the future.
